The public statement has regained importance. In a counter movement to the Internet-supported information society and the hard to unravel economic globalization, the presence of the identifiable individual is more demanded than ever. Especially in the eastern parts of Europe, actions as an individual art forms have developed further. The artists from this part of Europe include their constant experiences within their public appearances. This development has been triggered by the changes in these societies, which conrinuously offer material for critical reflection. < rotor > invited 11 artists to appear in the city of Graz with new actions. Parallel, there was an exhibition in the gallery relating to the Graz actions.
