Artist Talk with ŽIŽIC / KOŽUL

Damir Žižic (*1983, Split) and Kristian Kožul (*1975, Munich) form the artistic tandem Žižic / Kožul. In their practice, the artists combine Damir Žižic's expertise in the field of photography and new media with Kristian Kožul's knowledge of sculpture. It enables the tandem to create works that function as a concise "mise en scène" and offer the viewer an almost film-like presentation of a specific concept.

As guests of the Styrian Government, Žižic/Kožul have been spending a one month Styrian-Artist-in-Residence Scholarship, hosted by Kulturvermittlung Steiermark in September 2016.
